Productify

Track the habits and goals that matter, without handing your data to anyone.

On the App Store Free iPhone · iPad · Watch

Productify is a habit and goal tracker for iPhone built around a simple idea: consistency, not perfection, is what creates lasting change. You set goals specific enough to be answerable (walk 12,000 steps, drink 8 glasses of water, meditate for 10 minutes, call a friend every Sunday), and Productify keeps the record. Start from ready-made habits or write your own.

What you get back is a picture of your actual routine rather than a scoreboard. Progress views show how a habit has held up over weeks and months, and the mood tracker sits alongside them, so the connection between what you do and how you feel stops being a guess.

What's in the app

Goals you can measure

Step counts, glasses of water, minutes of practice: targets with a number attached, so "did I do it?" always has an answer.

Progress you can read

Clear statistics and history across days, weeks, and months. See which habits are holding and which quietly slipped.

Mood tracking

Log how you felt next to what you did. Patterns between routine and wellbeing surface on their own.

AI progress insights

An optional coach that reads your history and offers specific, personal observations rather than generic encouragement.

Widgets & Live Activities

Today's habits on your home and lock screen, and running timers or step counts live while you're doing them.

Apple Watch companion

Log a habit from your wrist. Nothing to open, nothing to unlock.

Your data never leaves your phone

Every habit, goal, mood entry, and progress record Productify keeps lives locally on your device. There is no account to create, no server storing your routine, and nothing to sell to anyone. This is worth stating plainly because most apps in this category cannot: your day is not our product.

Who it's for

Productify suits anyone building or maintaining a personal routine: morning rituals, exercise, reading, hydration, meditation, creative practice. It's a good fit if you want structure and a real record of your progress, and a poor fit if you're looking for a social feed, a leaderboard, or an app that pesters you into opening it.
