These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Deductify website at deductify.org and our iOS applications Productify and Plantive — Identify & Care (collectively, "the Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Services
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the apps
- Use automated tools to scrape or crawl our website beyond reasonable search-engine indexing
- Impersonate Deductify or misrepresent your affiliation with us
App Store Purchases
Purchases made within our apps (including subscriptions and one-time purchases) are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple's terms of service govern all such transactions. Refund requests must be directed to Apple through the App Store. We do not process refunds directly.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Deductify website and within our apps — including text, graphics, app icons, and design — is owned by Deductify or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Plant care guidance provided by Plantive is informational only and should not substitute for professional horticultural advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deductify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant app in the preceding 12 months.

Our website and apps may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Links do not constitute endorsement.
Modifications to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the territory where Deductify is registered.
